Terminal Man gets special reception in Houston

Have you been following the adventures of Brendan Ross, AKA Terminal Man? He’s the Customer that Wired magazine gave an All-You-Can-Jet pass with the catch that he must travel every day and can only sleep in airports.

Crewmembers have been giving Brendan a warm welcome everywhere he goes, but HOU Supervisor Linda Fagan went an extra step, making pancakes and turning a storeroom into a hotel.

Have a look at some photos from Brendan’s time at HOU:

Lillian earns a fan

We just received this story from a Customer about an Inflight Crewmember who tracked down an iPod’s owner through Facebook. For Customers, it shows the value of labeling your valuables; for Crewmembers, it shows the kind of Customer loyalty some detective work can earn! Candid Jettitude: Maribel being engaging

On Aug. 19, Corporate Communications CollegeCrew Crewmember Kimberly Rai went to T5 to catch Crewmembers’ displays of Jettitude. One of the five Be’s — Be engaging — involves actively listening to Customers. Here, Supervisor Station Operations Maribel Rivera is helping a Customer find his gate. We may have award-winning signage, but nothing replaces listening to [...]
