We’ve done it again! Today we were awarded highest honors in airline customer satisfaction among low-cost carriers for the fifth year in a row by J.D. Power and Associates 2010 North America Airline Satisfaction StudySM. This is the sixth consecutive customer satisfaction award we’ve received from J.D. Power and Associates.
We all know that it’s not our TVs that make us stand out. Our competitors have tried to replicate our success by copying our product, not realizing that the secret can’t be bought: it’s our people that makes us who we are. And we simply have the BEST in the industry!
